Mark and Laureen toured the Marie- Renie-Du-Monde church.\u00a0 It’s a replica of the Basilica in Rome.<\/div>\n

There are many entrances to the 10 km underground mall.<\/div>\n

It’s attached to some offices and shopping centers so in some parts it looks to be 4 stories high.<\/div>\n

It’s full of shopping and restaurants underneath the city.\u00a0 Very bright and clean.<\/div>\n

These statues are called the Tourists.\u00a0 During covid lock down, they were removed.\u00a0 They were returned wearing face masks when tourism started again and now with the lifting of the mask mandate, they’ve been removed.<\/div>\n

On Wednesday we enjoyed a 25 km bike ride around the area.\u00a0 The bike paths are wonderful.<\/div>\n
